Tomato Pesto

INGREDIENTS:
- 100g semi-dried tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato paste
- 30 g macadamia nuts, chopped
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:

1.Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until the desired consistency is reached. Add more oil if required.

2.Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze in containers.
